Delivery Information

Local delivery is free of charge to addresses within the DD5 postcode area, with no minimum order value.

Local delivery to other Dundee and Carnoustie postcode areas (DD1-DD4 and DD7) cost £1.99 for order values up to £19.99, or free for orders over £20.

We aim to fulfill all local deliveries within a maximum of 2 -3 working days. Deliveries may be made from 08:00 to 21:00.

Please advise on any additional details regarding delivery or "safe place":  please note that we will not be responsible for any lost or missing items if this is preferred.

Outwith Dundee and Carnoustie postcode areas, UK wide shipping is available via Royal Mail 2nd Class.

Postage costs are £3.99 for orders up to £44.99, and free of charge above £45.

We also offer order collection from our Broughty Ferry base free of charge.

Please note that Naturaw products are ONLY available for free local pick up. Naturaw orders placed for local delivery or UK wide postage will not be processed, as we do not have facilities at present to ensure that the cold chain is maintained.
