Shipping policy

We currently offer a free local delivery service to DD5 postcode areas for any order value.  For DD1-DD4 and DD7 postcodes, local delivery is free for orders over £20, or £1.99 under this.  Please select “local delivery” as your shipping method.

We also offer shipping further afield (UK wide) via Royal Mail.  

When delivering to DD1-DD5 and DD7 postcodes, we offer a contactless delivery. Please advise on any additional details regarding delivery or "safe place":  please note that we will not be responsible for any lost or missing items if this is preferred.

We also offer contactless order collection/pick up from our Broughty Ferry base, which is free.

Naturaw products are only available for free local pick up - any orders inadvertently placed for local delivery or UK wide postage will not be processed, as we do not currently have facilities to ensure that the cold chain is maintained.
